How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Intereststurned Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Intereststurned Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@intereststurned.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you want
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
